These shutters were fitted in a modern apartment located in Greenwich. This customer had a large window in their bedroom which overlooked the borough creating amazing views. They required shutters to create the perfect mix of the view and privacy for the bedroom. We had the perfect shutters for this situation!
Using Tier on Tier shutters we were able to create the perfect look which was also highly practical. The tier in the shutters allowed for the bottom section of the shutters to be closed at most time creating lower level privacy, with the top panels adjusted or fully flung open. Of course with this style of shutters the customer has a multitude of different adjustment options so the shutters can also be fully closed or all flung open making the most of the view from top to bottom!
The shutters were made up of four bifolding panels which can be easily pulled back to the sides. We created the shutters using hardwood from our Fiji Range and pained them in a lovely sea mist colour which works well with the current carpet and décor, as well as creating a great look against the wall.
