A client in Barnes, London required some Café Style Shutters for the Bay Windows in the living room of their home. Due to the windows being on the street level shutters were the perfect option as they can be adjusted to allow light, while also adding a great level of privacy from passers-by and cars which regularly drive past.
This style of shutters look fantastic with the existing windows which feature stained glass tops which can be seen and fully opened at all times even with the shutters fully closed.
The shutters used feature 89mm louvres with a silent tilt rod system which allows for the client to adjust their louvres through the touch of a single louvre, which in turn moves the others at the same rate. Silent tilt rod systems are becoming hugely popular with our customers who are looking for a minimalistic finish. They were painted in Silk white with hinges in the same colour.
