Our expert shutter installers were in Southwark in South London to fit these shutters for a client. They were looking to gain more privacy to the rooms and in turn transform the look of the windows in each room. Taking the customers own ideas and style in mind we created the perfect solution for both windows which not only looked the way they required by functioned well, allowing easy opening and adjustment throughout the day.
When designing these shutters we carefully matched the mid rail lines of all shutters to the windows of the property. The mid rails also help to strengthen the panels and act as a split for adjusting the panels in separate places. In this case the client can adjust the louvres in 3 different sections of each panel just by touching, rather than using a rod.
The shutters in the lounge were created using a track system, with the shutters in the dining room installed into a subtle frame, with both sets of shutters matching in style and finish.
We created the shutters from our Antigua Range and completed them all in pure white paint with matching coloured hinges. The customer was also keen to keep curtains in place which are of the same colour and can be pulled over the shutters if required.
