The owner of this property in Clapham, London was looking for a company to fit plantation shutters to a roof conservatory. The customer required the shutters to bring complete privacy when needed but also allow for filtering of light and airflow whenever needed. These shutters are the perfect solution which can be closed for maximum privacy or fully opened for maximum light throughout the room.
We created the shutters using our Fiji Range of materials which consists of full bodied hardwood which works great with runs of shutters such as these. The shutters are all full height consisting of 2 mid rails which allows for 3 separate sections to adjust and also provides great strength. The louvres used were 64mm.
The client asked for us to custom colour match the shutters to fit with the existing décor. The colour required was called Ivory Lace which made for a fantastic custom paint finish.
