We were recently asked to create a room divider solution for a home in Dulwich, South London. The shutters needed to act as a divide between two rooms including a room acting as a small home cinema type of room.
Through using shutters we can separate this off from the living room next to it for better privacy. Using a track system the shutters can slide open and closed whenever needed. Our wooden shutters really help to black out the TV room and also keep the sound in, while also allowing other family members to relax in the living room area.
The track system shutters are full height with a mid-rail for added strength on shutters of this size. They utilise a hidden tilt rod system which allows for adjustment without the need of rods are made using 89mm louvres. Using the clients own personal tastes and taking into account the existing room décor the shutters were completed in Rustic Grey with Antique Brass hinges to finish them off!
